Logo Design in Mansfield
A logo has to work at 20mm on a business card and at two metres on a van, in one colour on an invoice and embroidered on a polo shirt. Most cheap logos fail at least two of those.
We design logos properly: research first, several genuinely different directions, then refinement of the one you choose. Not fifty variations of the same idea in different colours.
What you get at the end is not a JPEG. It is vector artwork that scales to any size without degrading, in every format a printer, signwriter, embroiderer or web developer will ask you for, plus a short guide on how to use it.
And you own it outright. That is worth stating because a surprising number of cheap logo services license the artwork rather than transferring it.

What you get
Research before drawing
What your competitors look like, what your sector conventionally does, and where there is room to look different. A logo that blends into its own industry has failed at the only job it has.
Three genuinely different concepts
Different ideas, not three colourways of one idea. You should have a real choice to make.
Every format you will ever be asked for
Vector AI, EPS, SVG and PDF; raster PNG and JPG at multiple sizes; single-colour, reversed and greyscale versions. Printers and signwriters ask for specific things and you should never have to come back to us for them.
Tested where it will actually be used
Mocked up on a van, a shirt, a business card, a sign and a phone screen before it is signed off. Plenty of logos look excellent in a presentation and fall apart at 15mm.
A short usage guide
Colours in RGB, CMYK, hex and Pantone; minimum sizes; clear space; what not to do. Two pages, not forty.
Full ownership, transferred
The copyright is yours. Original artwork files included, so any designer can work with it in future — including one who is not us.
What you actually get for £25
The trap with cheap logos elsewhere is not the price, it is what arrives. A marketplace logo for £25 is usually a template sold to several hundred other businesses, delivered as a PNG with no vector file, sometimes using a font you are not licensed to use commercially. When the signwriter asks for vector artwork, you do not have it.
Ours is drawn for you, as vector, with every format a printer, signwriter or embroiderer will ask for, and the copyright transfers to you. That is the whole difference, and it is why we can be this cheap without it being a false economy.
We keep the price low by being efficient rather than by cutting the deliverables. Low overheads, a fast process, and no account manager sitting between you and the person drawing it.
When you need more than a logo
If you are launching, rebranding, or your business has outgrown a name and mark chosen fifteen years ago, a logo on its own may not be enough. Colours, typefaces, tone of voice and how it all applies across signage, vehicles, print and web is a broader piece of work.
We do both, and we will tell you which you actually need rather than upselling by default.
What affects the price
From £25 is a genuine starting point, not a teaser. Here is what moves it, so you can work out roughly where you would land before you ring us.
- How many initial concepts you want to see
- Whether you need a full brand identity or just the mark
- Number of variations required — stacked, horizontal, icon-only, one-colour
- Whether stationery and signage artwork is included
Why local matters here
Logo Design — the Mansfield picture
A lot of Mansfield businesses are working with a logo drawn twenty years ago, possibly by a relative, existing only as a low-resolution JPEG that somebody has enlarged and re-saved so many times it has gone soft at the edges.
We can often redraw an existing mark as clean vector artwork rather than replacing it — keeping the recognition you have built while making it usable again. That is a considerably cheaper job than a rebrand and frequently the right answer.

Logo Design — your questions
How much does a logo cost in Mansfield?
From £25 for a logo with concepts, refinement and full file delivery. A complete brand identity with colours, typefaces, stationery and guidelines runs £195 to £500 depending on scope.
How long does logo design take?
Two to three weeks. Concepts within the first week, then refinement and final files. Faster if you need it faster and can turn feedback round quickly.
Do I own the logo?
Completely. Copyright transfers to you on final payment, and you get the original vector artwork. No licensing, no ongoing fee, no restriction on how you use it.
Can you redraw my existing logo?
Yes, and it is often the sensible choice. We can rebuild it as proper vector artwork, tidy the proportions, and produce all the formats you are missing — typically £25 to £50 rather than the cost of starting again.
What if I do not like any of the concepts?
It has not happened yet, but if it did we would go back and produce another round at no charge. If we still could not find something you were happy with, we would refund you. Not much point having an unhappy client with our work on their van.
